Back to School Excitement at PAC Fitness!

Here’s what’s going on at PAC this fall:

Incredible Back to School Membership Specials

We are offering our members a huge referral incentive! For every friend you refer at your membership rate, you will receive one month of FREE dues! For example, if PAC member “Kim” refers five new individual members (and they get her rate), then “Kim” will have no dues for five months. Wow, incredible deal! Make sure you email us at or and let us know your guest is coming. To receive credit for the free dues, we must have your guest in our appointment book before they arrive. You have until September 3rd to refer as many new members as possible.

You can also add a family member to your account for $0 joining fee and just $19.99 a month. This is a savings of $39 on the joining fee and $10 on the monthly fee.

Want to get in shape now that the kids are back in school? Any member that isn’t currently training with one of our trainers can purchase three sessions of personal training for $99. This is a savings of over $100. Stop by the front desk to take advantage of this great special.

It’s Back! Body Transformation Contest

Once school goes back it seems like the holidays are just around the corner. The average adult will gain 7-11 lbs. during the holiday season. We don’t want any of our PAC members to be part of these stats! So we have decided to rollout our most popular contest…Body Transformation!

Do you need extra motivation? Do you need a coach? Are you competitive? Are you unsure how to change your body?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this contest is for you! Partner up with one of our trainers and allow us to coach you to victory!

Enroll between August 27th and September 14th. The contest begins on September 15th. A minimum of 30 contestants are required.

The winner will be announced on Monday, December 17th at 6:00 p.m. and will receive one of three prizes: 60 inch TV, 24 one-hour sessions with a trainer or an $800 Visa gift card.

Here’s How the Contest Works:

  • All participants will have their body fat, body weight and measurements taken by September 15th.
  • The participant with the greatest percentage change of all 3 areas combined will win.
  • Participants must purchase personal training sessions (see options below).
  • Participants must be a PAC Fitness member in good standing for the duration of the contest and 18 years or older.

Personal Training Options:

1x per week (12 weeks)

  • 30 min. session (private): $500
  • 1 hour session (private): $800
  • 1 hour buddy session (per person): $500

2x per week (12 weeks)

  • 30 min. session (private): $960
  • 1 hour session (private): $1,450
  • 1 hour buddy session (per person): $960

3x per week (12 weeks)

  • 30 min. session (private): $1,400
  • 1 hour session (private): $2,000
  • 1 hour buddy session (per person): $1,400

The Body Transformation Contest is designed so that everyone has a chance of winning because contestants are competing against their own personal starting statistics.

Example Transformation:

“Kim’s” Starting Measurements:

Body Fat: 25%

Weight: 150

Measurements: 140 inches

90 Days Later…

“Kim’s” Results:

Body Fat: 20% = 5% loss

Weight 135 lbs. = 10% loss

Measurements: 119 inches = 15% loss

Spin 101

We are offering a one-time only beginners spin training class on Saturday, August 25th for anyone who wants to learn the proper technique for spinning. Class begins at 9:30 a.m.

PAC Pacers

We are looking for a couple of members to head up a PAC Fitness running club, PAC Pacers. We’d like for the club to meet once or twice a week (for both short and long runs) and participate in a couple of races throughout the year. The club will be for all running levels. New Group Exercise Classes:

Down & Dirty

Check out our NEW Jungle class Down & Dirty on Wednesdays at 9:15 a.m. This is a 45 minute class for the extremists. It offers high repetition resistance training, full body movements, tons of super sets and cardio conditioning. This is a class for people who want to push themselves to the limit. This is not a class for beginners, kids or people with medical conditions. No quitters allowed!

Boot Camp with John

We are also adding Boot Camp with John on Mondays at 4:15 p.m. in The Jungle. This class is designed for anyone that wants to get a great workout right after school (great for teachers and students). It’s a full body cross conditioning workout designed to meet everyone’s fitness levels. It’s perfect for members with weight loss goals, toning goals and sports conditioning needs. All levels are welcome. Boot Camp with John begins September 10th.

Cycle at 5:15 a.m.

Beginning in September, Wednesday and Friday morning Cycle will move to 5:15 a.m. Start your day off with a spin and get to work on time!

Kids Fit Class with John

We are also offering something for the kids! On Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m., we will have our Kids Fit Class with John in The Jungle. This class is FREE for our members. Kids ages 7-12 years old will experience a great cross conditioning workout that will increase their muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and speed. The kids will have a blast climbing, jumping and running all around the Jungle!
