You Can’t Get Enough Zumba!

We know how much our members love Zumba, so we’ve added back-to-back Zumba classes with Josie on Tuesday evenings! Zumba class begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by Zumba Toning at 7:30 p.m. Enjoy the Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie burning fitness party at 6:30 p.m. and then plan to stay for a fun and challenging interval workout, Zumba Toning, that utilizes light weights for overall muscle conditioning.

It’s Back…5:30 a.m. Cycle!

Get up, work out and get on with your day! We’ve brought back our popular 5:30 a.m. Cycle class with Michelle on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This class brings the outdoor riding experience indoors–and you’ll burn a ton of calories!

New on Tuesday Morning: Circuit Jam!

DeAnna has a new class on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 a.m., Circuit Jam!  This class combines circuit resistance training, cardio and a splash of boxing conditioning! Get in shape while jamming to old school hip-hop, rap, rock-n-roll and party music!
