Looking for something to keep your family busy for the rest of the summer? Well, we have LOTS of exciting things going on at PAC Fitness for EVERYONE in your family. Check out our camps, membership specials, personal training packages, new classes and more!

Football Conditioning Camp – Begins July 29th 

Our second session of conditioning camp begins this Monday. Camp will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. for three weeks.

This camp is designed to get your young athlete ready for football season. We will focus on conditioning drills to increase strength, speed, explosion and muscular endurance. We will also incorporate different exercises that will strengthen the core and neck to better prepare the athletes for the contact that comes along with football. Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of fun too!

All of our athletes from session one increased their pull up, push up and standing broad jump numbers. If you are interested in having your young athlete take part in session 2, please contact us at 972-347-9009 and reserve your spot. We only have 20 spots available. Fee for camp is $150.

NEW! Hand-to-Hand Combat Training

Hand-to-Hand Combat Training breaks down the fundamentals of boxing, from basic to advanced techniques, for the competitive and non-competitive alike.

You will learn everything from basic hand and foot techniques to advanced mitt work and Train Like a ProTM while developing a solid boxing style of your own. Training will consist of overall conditioning, bag work, fundamental hand-eye coordination drills and advanced competitive fighting techniques, which can be utilized in and out of the ring.

Class will be instructed by USA BOXING certified coach, Matt Byler.

Morning Package

Tuesday/Thursday 8:00 a.m. & Saturday 9:30 a.m. $100 per month

Evening Package

Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 p.m. & Saturday 9:30 a.m. $100 per month

Unlimited Package

Mornings/Evenings $140 per month

Group Exercise Change & Additions

We are constantly monitoring group exercise class participation numbers so that we can continue to provide our members with the classes they are requesting. We aren’t always able to accommodate every request, but we do our best to accommodate the majority. With that said, we have a few changes to the Group Exercise schedule.

Due to low participation, effective July 29th, we will no longer be offering the following classes:

Tuesday 9:30 a.m. Zumba

Wednesday 9:30 a.m. Pilates

Friday 9:15 a.m. Rage

Saturday 10:30 a.m. Zumba

Also effective July 29th, we will be ADDING two of our more popular Jungle classes to the schedule:


Monday 9:15 a.m. Down and Dirty (John)

Tuesday 9:30 a.m. Combat X (Brandon)

Classes on the Move! The following classes are moving days/times:

Kickboxing – Thursday 9:30 a.m. is now Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.

Yoga – Thursday 10:30 a.m. is now Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

July Member-Only Specials

It’s back! Add a family member to your membership for only $19.99 now through July 31st! We also have some personal training specials for any member not currently working with a trainer. Purchase 2 sessions with a trainer for only $99 (that’s a $50 savings!) or purchase 6 sessions for $325 ($75 savings). These training specials are also available now through July 31st, so act quickly!
