Sad that football season is over? Well, it’s just beginning at PAC Fitness!

Football isn’t over; it’s just beginning at PAC Fitness! We are kicking off our 2013 offseason football conditioning program on January 8th.

The program is 3 days a week for 6 weeks and will cater to three different age groups:

  • Boys 9-11 years (5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
  • Boys 12-14 years (6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
  • Boys 15 years+ (6:00 – 7 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday and 9:15 a.m. Saturday)

During our offseason conditioning program, all of our athletes will be put through strength and conditioning workouts designed to improve their flexibility, muscular endurance, core strength, speed/agility and muscular strength. Each athlete will be exposed to TRX training, plyo-metric training, cross conditioning movements, power sleds, agility ladders, battling ropes and resistance training with free weights/machine weights. $300 per athlete.
