My Secret? Work out with a Buddy!

MelodieMeet Melodie, PAC Fitness Group Exercise Instructor. Melodie believes that the key to workout success is having a workout partner.
A partner can benefit you in many ways including accountability, planning and encouragement. It’s great if you can use the gym for physical, mental and social stimulations, especially for stay-at-home moms and people who office out of their home. I always encourage participants in my group exercise classes to invite a friend or relative to come to class with them or to make friends with the people in the class. That new friend could be the catalyst to change your life!
When I stopped working full time, I was fat and bored! I starting going to the gym for fun. Twenty-five pounds and 2 ½ years later, I am not only fit but also leading others in achieving a healthier, active lifestyle! And, it all started by working out with friends!
